Scope

Read this page before submitting. It describes the limits of this portal and where other matters should be reported.

What this portal is

This is a channel for industry and government participants to report systemic problems in federal and defense surface freight, so that patterns can be assessed in aggregate.

What this portal is not

This portal is not an investigative body and not an enforcement body. It does not adjudicate disputes, direct enforcement, suspend or debar anyone, make contracting decisions, or take personnel actions.

Submitting here does not preserve any legal right or deadline.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Named allegations are not circulated. Material is used in de-identified, aggregate form.

Do not submit

Do not submit classified, controlled unclassified (CUI), law enforcement sensitive, export-controlled, or proprietary material.

No file attachments are accepted.

Reporting channels

If your issue belongs in one of these channels, use it. You may submit here as well, but this portal does not substitute for any of them.
